A: I offer flat rate $5 shipping across the U.S. If you live outside of the United States, please message me to discuss international shipping costs.
Q: How long do orders take?
A: If you’re purchasing directly from the website, I ship within 2 business days. If you’re ordering a custom piece, I will quote you a timeframe with the price and keep you up to date.
Q: How are patches made?
A: All patches are made using genuine DMC embroidery floss and premium acrylic felt made from recycled water bottles. Patches can be attached to clothing, backpacks, or hats by sewing, gluing, or using an iron on product.
Q: Are all pieces the same?
A: Each item is designed, printed, and hand sewn by Revolution Handmade. Hand sewn patches use traditional embroidery techniques in a modern way to preserve classic skills. As is the nature of handmade items, each patch will have its own individual and unique character.
Q: What if I want a whole garment done?
A: No problem! I love creating unique custom pieces. You can ship your item to me (or I can purchase it for you and add it to the final cost). Once agreed upon, the amount will be invoiced in full in order to start the project.
Q: What if I don’t like what I ordered?
A: Hey, that’s ok. Products are returnable, message me to start the process.
